Andeluna Pasionado Cuatro Cepas

The four grapes (”cuatro cepas”) used to make this red wine come from vineyards located at an altitude higher than 1,300 meters above sea level.
These plots are of low yields and each of the varieties participating in the coupage have been vinified separately.
Aromas of fresh red fruits combined with spicy and floral notes, while its passage through the mouth shows silky tannins and prolonged at the end.

In the mouth, it is a powerful and outstanding wine at all times, silky tannins and lingering finish.

AGEING
Each of the varietals is individually elaborated and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months and then kept in bottles for a minimum of 8 months before release.

PAIRING
This wine is ideal to accompany well prepared dishes of seasoned red meats.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
To drink now but also suitable for ageing.
Decant for one hour before drinking.
