In the mouth, the attack is soft and filling dominated by the same lively primary fruit notes.
A fresh acid line and an ever-present, but super fine tannin leads through an elegant and long finish.
Maturation in a combination of new and aged oak barrels for 18-24 months.
Ideal with roasted or grilled meat.
