The palate is plush followed by a crescendo of savoury tannins that whisk the wine on a long journey over the palate, built on a long, spicy and complete mouthful of flavours.
Aged in French Oak for almost 2 years and stored underground in a granite maturation cave.
Roasted or grilled meat, better with herbs and pepper.
