Residual sugar 3 g/l
Straw yellow colour.
The nose is fresh, developing lemon aromas with an elegant floral bouquet evoking pine tree, white flowers and citrus fruit, showing some petrol-like notes typical of Riesling from cold vintages.
Dense and sophisticated attack on the palate.
It expresses plenty of volume and a refined palate of yellow fruit flavours, with salinity and some tension.
An austere, cold Riesling, almost German is style, due to the vintage.
Maturing on fine lees for 4 months.
Ageing in vats for 5 months before bottling.
Riesling goes especially well with seafood, such as delicate fish, shellfish, or oysters; and white meat, especially if stewed in wine sauce and cold cuts.
