Medium deep straw yellow.
Very expressive nose on citrus aromas, with touches of tropical fruit, including peach, mango and apricot.
Young and characterized by green apple, citrus and herbs, hints of tropical fruits and minerals, with a fine balance between fruit and acidity.
Maturing on fine lees for several months.
Delicious by itself as an aperitif, it is also excellent served with seafood, fish and goat cheese in particular.
