Blackberry, geranium leaves and salty notes on the nose.
In the mouth it is fruity with velvety tannin and lots of freshness, with a very pleasant, lingering finish.
Brief ageing period in second-passage French Allier and Tronçais barriques, followed by a further ageing of 2 to 4 months in the bottle.
Ideal with meat and legumes soups with a medium fruity olive oil.
To try also with well seasoned tasty fish dishes.
