AGEING
Malo-lactic fermentation and lees stirring is employed to build texture and complexity.
PAIRING
Perfect with light seafood, grilled fish, chicken or vegetable terrines and pasta or risotto with spring vegetables.
Very well also with creamy vegetable soups.
