Berlucchi, a pioneer producer of Classic Method wines and a benchmark for organic viticulture in Franciacorta, launched, as early as 2000, a sustainability project that has won many followers in the Franciacorta growing area. Today, every single Berlucchi estate vineyard, and almost all the vineyards of its independent grape growers, are certified organic.
Generous fragrances and a pleasingly crisp acidity characterize this cuvée of 90% Chardonnay ad 10% Pinot Noir. The grapes are grown from the best vineyards in the 19 municipal areas of Franciacorta.

Bertrand Stehelin Gigondas AOC

The Stehelin family comes from a line of five generations of winegrowers. Nicole and Frédéric have been running the Domaine de Paillère and Pied-Gû since 1978.
Bertrand, their eldest son, has been working with them since 2001 and has developed, in parallel, his own brand “Bertrand Stehelin”.
Both estates are located on the Gigondas lands in the Rhone Valley.
Due to its geographical location, Gigondas benefits from a Mediterranean climate that makes it unique and an exceptional asset. The vines of Bertrand Stehelin are cultivated on an excellent soil mainly exposed north-west. Drastic climatic and geological conditions, rugged geography favor the development of very red and tannic wines; typical wines of Cru Gigondas.

The house style is based on a unique process of wort treatment, which leads to the formation of a more elegant and subtle game of bubbles than in the traditional wines of Champagne. Besser de Belfon uses less circulation liquor, making them lighter and more refined, what also helps storage in deep cold cellars , thereby creating a pressure bottle at 4.5 kg against conventional 6 kg.

The Champagne “Cuvee des Moines” Brut Blanc de Noirs is made ​​from Pinot Noir grapes grown in several regions of Champagne: Bouzy, Ambonnay, Verzy and Mailly-Champagne. Binomio Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva DOC

The Montepulciano variety cultivated in the Abruzzi clearly has a Greek/Balkan origin, due to its complex morphological characteristics and its energy. It became widespread in the very distant past, perhaps even in pre-Roman times, when it made its home in the Peligna Valley between the villages of Raiano and Sulmona, which, as history would have us believe, was colonized by Paeligni people coming from Asia Minor or Illyria in approximately the 12th century BC.

Today Binomio means two names: Stefano Inama (Inama Azienda Agricola) and Sabatino di Properzio (Fattoria La Valentina), who first met at Prowein in Dusseldorf in 1997, developed a friendship, along with the idea of producing a great Montepulciano d’Abruzzo together, which was both sumptuous and modern. The project certainly arose from the common passion of the two producers for this particular terroir: Abruzzo is “strong but gentle”: an extremely charming region, but rarely visited.

Blason d’Issan Margaux (Château d’Issan GCC 2nd wine)

Blason d’Issan, Château d’Issan’s second wine, was introduced from 1995 onwards to enable selection amongst the vines growing in the Margaux appellation area. Made from the younger plots (around 18 years old), it respects the identity of its terroir, while offering a tasty round fruitiness, which can be enjoyed earlier.

The harvest in 2016 was very similar to that of 2010, but volumes were higher, clearly a vintage with outstanding balance.

Bodegas Vegalfaro Caprasia Bobal Crianza Ánfora

Andrés Valiente and his son Rodolfo formed Viñedos & Bodegas Vegalfaro in 1999. The name Vegalfaro comes from a combination of the word “vega,” meaning a lowland meadow or stretch of alluvial soil, with the historic name of their winery property, Casa Alfaro.

Bodegas Vegalfaro cultivates 60 hectares (148 acres) of low-yielding vines that fully conform to the strict requirements of Ecological Farming established by the European Union. The winery has never utilized artificial products in its vineyards, so soils are alive with a prolific variety of microfauna. These microscopic organisms are very important for the decomposition of organic material, as well as for the absorption of nutrients through a symbiotic relationship with the vine roots.

Caprasia in Iberian meant “the land of the goats.” The Caprasia brand pays tribute to a time when wild goats ran free and the native Iberian people practiced viticulture between the Sierra Cabrillas mountains and the Cabriel river.

Pago de Los Balagueses is Vegalfaro’s top-echelon wine brand, entirely sourced from one of only seventeen wine estates in Spain awarded the DOP Vino de Pago designation to date. Spain’s “vino de pago” system is an appellation structure that was legally created in 2003 by the Spanish government, in coordination with Spain’s winemaking community, to indicate a higher qualification of excellence than DO or even the top-level DOCa. It is comparable to the French-wide Grand Cru system.

‘Bruno Broglia’ represents the best production of La Meirana estate.
The name ‘Bruno Broglia’ is in honour of the founder of the agricultural company, the wine is acknowledged as a reference point for white wine production, obtained from the grapes of older vineyards planted in the years between 1953 and 1955, and every year it receives both National and International recognition.
